Kuralai is the daughter of a well-known politician and an influential figure in serious business circles. Growing up in a political family, she was surrounded by people in power from a young age. Her father, Zamanbek Nurkadilov, was the first mayor of Almaty and a key figure in Kazakhstan’s political history. However, life led Kuralai to build her own career, where she focused on studying leadership and charisma. Understanding the importance of these qualities inspired her to dedicate her life to developing them and researching how charisma influences success and recognition. This knowledge has made her a significant figure not only in Kazakhstan but also internationally. She conducts training sessions and lectures around the world, drawing attention with her unique views on leadership.

Kuralai is an innovator who has introduced innovations in various fields, contributing to the development of different sectors in Kazakhstan. Her entrepreneurial career began in the 1990s when she became one of the first successful businesswomen in independent Kazakhstan. In particular, she played a key role in the development of the country’s fashion industry, becoming the pioneer of Kazakhstani fashion. Moreover, Kuralai is a certified psychologist with 26 years of experience. She received her education at the NLP Institute and the University of Navarra in Spain, specializing in family relations. Today, she actively teaches business and leadership at universities in Kazakhstan and delivers lectures at the Academy of Public Administration on the topic of “Charisma and the Image of a Leader.”

Her clients include dollar millionaires, renowned businesswomen, social activists, and opinion leaders. In the 1990s, her business was based on practical experience and innovative approaches, allowing her to become one of the leading figures in Kazakhstan’s fashion industry. Her brand, Kuralai, has gained international recognition, featured in fashion magazines and showcased in TV series and films.

Kuralai actively participates in major international forums such as events in Malaysia, Dubai, Russia, and other countries. Soon, she will take part in the BRICS Forum in Kazan, Tatarstan, where she will deliver a lecture on leadership and international business. Her life path is an example of how political heritage can serve as a starting point for creating one’s own career and success story. At the age of 20, she decided to devote herself to studying psychology to better understand interpersonal relationships and achieve financial well-being.

Kuralai is not only a successful businesswoman but also a loving wife and mother of three children. She was recognized as “Entrepreneur of the Year” by Ernst & Young and continues to inspire thousands of people with her example.

She has also made a significant contribution to the sports industry, designing uniforms for the 2008 Beijing and 2012 London Olympic Games, as well as creating outfits for the flag bearers at the Olympics in Rio, Sochi, and Vancouver. Among her clients were also the crews of Air Astana, and she twice developed uniforms for the staff greeting dignitaries during Kazakhstan’s presidential inaugurations.

Today, Kuralai is focused on helping her clients scale their businesses. She assists them in entering international markets and discovering new opportunities. She is frequently invited as a VIP guest to international events where she speaks on various topics. “My work with businesspeople is built on three key stages: first, creating an effective business structure and increasing financial flows; second, enhancing leadership positions; and third, working on the psychological aspects of consciousness to change old neural patterns embedded in the subconscious. For example, if a businessperson encounters a glass ceiling or burnout, it can lead to depression. My job is to help them understand the causes and provide solutions. During my sessions, I offer original success formulas and correct management schemes.”

**Plans for the future:**

“In the fall, I plan to move to Dubai to continue working with UAE businesspeople, helping them scale their companies. I also plan to develop the Kuralai brand internationally. Together with my son, we are creating a large logistics hub connecting warehouses in Kazakhstan and Dubai.”

At the end of this year, Kuralai plans to organize the largest international business forum, where well-known millionaires and multimillionaires will be invited. At this forum, she will present innovative developments that, in her opinion, can change the future of the global economy.
