Man with two names and three ages extradited from Norway

A Liberian man extradited to Malta from Norway to face charges in connection with the discovery of a kilo of cocaine in 2009 was yesterday remanded in custody. George Moses, who had arrived in Malta illegally, had so far given three different birth dates, making him 30, 34 and 35 years old, the police said. He also uses the name George George, they added. Mr Moses was extradited to Malta on Wednesday night following the issue of an international arrest warrant.He has served time in Norway for drug importation.
